Visible Compassion for Unseen Needs

Presbyterian Community Ministry (PCM) bridges the financial gap for Lee County residents facing a crisis. We provide zero-interest emergency loans for utility bills and manage critical home repairs for neighbors who need stability.
Two Ways We Help
No-Interest Emergency Utility Loans
We provide zero-interest loans of up to $300 for water, gas, and electricity bills, giving neighbors the bridge they need to stay in their homes.
Grant-Funded Home Repairs
We manage Community Development Block Grant funding and private resources to cover major repairs for homeowners in Lee County, keeping existing homes safe, livable, and preserved for the long term.

of Standing With Our Neighbors
Over 50 Years
Every number represents a neighbor who stayed in their home. A senior who kept the lights on. A family that did not have to choose between utilities and groceries. That is what your support makes possible.

PCM has been part of this community for more than 50 years. What began as a grassroots housing effort — one that helped inspire the founding of Habitat for Humanity — has grown into a trusted resource for neighbors facing financial crisis. We believe that no neighbor in Lee County should be without the basic necessities of water, power, or gas, or emergency repairs because of circumstances beyond their control. We need your help in meeting the growing needs in Lee County.
